- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today about 12pm we was in st John's medical practice to register as new patient. When we was in reception the receptionist advice us to go town medical centre. I said i checked on your website it's open for new patient but the receptionist said she just back from holiday she is not sure about the new patient registration. I said this is my nearest and my wife is 25week pregnant but she still refused us.i never face such rude and insulting behaviour in this world.my question was are you really close for new patient ?then what is the problem to update in website or give a written refusal on reception dask.by rai royOctober 26, 2017
